- All notices
must be made in writing or via our web site at www.SouthernCaliforniaHosting.com/moneyback.htm#refund
within 30 days of purchase. All written notices must be postmarked
on or before 30 days of purchase and must include your name, business
name, telephone number, e-mail address, domain name and reason for
dissatisfaction. The written notice must be mailed to:

Hosting will provide a 100% refund ($39 setup fee + 1
month of service) to any customer who wishes to discontinue
service for any reason not mentioned below.

Hosting will not provide a full and / or partial refund to any customer
who
a. Only needed web hosting services for 30 days or less
b. Violates our Acceptable Use Policy
during their time of service
c. Exceeds their allocated disk space during their time of service
(the setup fee and monthly service fee will be refunded minus the
cost of the disk space overage)

Hosting reserves the right to refuse service to any one for any
reason.
- No refund request
received after 30 days of purchase will be accepted and/or processed.

read, understand, and are not subject to Paragraph #3 of our policies
above, then we would be more than happy to refund 100% of your money.
